    National technical training manager in Mitsubishi Qatar reporting to GM of After-sales, responsible for technical service training of Mitsubishi authorized dealership located in Qatar. Mitsubishi Qatar is the dealer of Mitsubishi new vehicle sales, service, parts and used car operations. I perform nationwide technical service operations i.e. technical support, field service, service training and publication, warranty, total quality management and safety, new vehicle storage training, pre-delivery inspection, customer technical services training at central workshop and body shop, coaching engineering technicians and service advisor’s team in all technical services and the latest technical resources needed for operation. Mitsubishi Qatar is the subsidiary of & wholly owned by Nasser Bin Khaled Al-Thani & Sons (NBK).

    Used state of the art equipment (MUT 3) to analyze and diagnose damage of the vehicles. Examined vehicles to determine extent of damage and amount of repairs to be done. Trained mechanics of new techniques and using manuals of new vehicles out in the market. Handled service schedules of vehicles that come in to the shop daily. Relayed to customers details of problems of their vehicles and discussed work to be performed and repair requirements. Performing maintenance services and tune-ups. Repaired and serviced air conditioning, heating, engines and electrical systems. Tested and adjusted repaired systems to meet manufacturers' performance specifications.
